Introducing the new In colours 2014-2016

Well one of the many great things about a new Annual Catalogue is a new set of In Colours! Each set lasts for two years and whilst its sad to say goodbye to the previous ones, such as midnight muse (sobs) its great to say hello to some new ones.

This years are

Tangelo Twist - orange
Mossy Meadow - Green
Hello Honey - Yellow
Blackberry Bliss - Dark purple
Lost Lagoon - Blue

I have used the petite petals stamp along with these inks around the border of my craft club poster to help it stand out, what do you think of these?



Blendabilities are here

The wait is over! We've officially released one of our most exciting new products, Stampin’ Blendabilities Markers! These exclusive, alcohol-based marker sets come in a 3-pack of light, medium and dark shades (of the same colour), and provide your projects a more saturated look with blended colours. We recommend using Stampin' Up! Whisper White Cardstock with your Stampin' Up! Blendabilities, but choosing any one of our cardstocks will add a unique look to your project.

Screen card made at Mays craft club

I run a craft club once a month at Stondon Village Hall between 2-5pm, it costs £5 to attend and its a great way to meet new people and craft in a social setting.

Each month as part of your £5 fee you get a make and take card to complete using the inks and stamps at the club

During May we tried out a screen card using pool party ink and stamped onto very vanilla cardstock which we mounted onto baked brown sugar cardstock, stamped with the hardwood stamp.

Everybody managed to complete their card, even first time stampers! Why not come along to our next one, contact me for more details?

New date for craft club and new catalogue launch!

I have had to postpone the June craft club from the 21st to 5th July, this means we can have our NEW catalogue launch at the same time.

NEW CRAFT CLUB
Stondon Village Hall, Hillside Rd, Lower Stondon Bedfordshire

£5 Includes tea/coffee and cakes, entry into prize draw and a make & take card project (BYOA*), a new catalogue and lots of fun/


All are welcome; bring along your own craft projects whatever they may be. 

Craft and natter whilst getting advice and inspiration from other crafters.


There will be demonstrations from Independent Stampin` Up! DemonstratorTracey Gardner along with the opportunity to use the tools such as their stamp sets and punches to create your own projects.

There will also be a table where you can buy and sell your old craft items with 10% of the sale price going to the group funds to cover hall hire and purchasing of new tools for members to use

It is anticipated that the club will continue to run once a month. Check back soon for some more dates

A change!

I know I have been neglecting my blog lately and I`m really sorry but other things in my life have got in the way, such as starting up a new scout group in our village! I know I must be mad, but now its up and running I am hoping to get back to my stamping.

So I have decided to have a refresh of my blog, if you check in and things look a bit strange dont worry I may be in the middle of updating but I hope soon to make it a nicer place to come and visit.

I am also going to try and organise myself to post on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week! So if you dont see a post and you think there should be one nag me!
